We have an opportunity at our Dandenong South office for a proactive operations administrator to join our operations team.
Job Description
The Role:
The role of Operations Administrator is primarily to assist the Shipping department with a broad scope of administrative tasks. The key tasks this role is responsible for include:
Receipting of Inwards Goods into the computer system
Raising PO’s for non-stock items such as freight invoices
Weekly check, ordering & storing of stationery
Raise and co-ordinate uniform orders for Australia and New Zealand
Coordinating milk deliveries and cleaning services
Updating data in the ERP system
Running and distributing reports as required, such as the Daily DIFOT and Batch Stock (VIC/SA/NSW) reports
Assist the Shipping and Purchasing team members as required
Desired Skills and Experience
About You:
Year 12 Qualification / or equivalent
Keen and willing attitude to learning new tasks
Motivated and reliable with high attention to detail
Solid computer skills or ability to learn new software and programs
Good communication skills both written and verbal
