Our advanced manufacturing capabilities produce high-quality sheet metal and welding components for commercial and industrial air movement systems. We're seeking a proactive and results-driven individual to optimize operations, foster a positive culture, and lead our talented team.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably with exposure to both sheet metal and welding processes.
- Previous experience in or ability to learn CNC controls.
- Excellent multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and instructions.
- Proficiency in reading, understanding, and utilizing engineering and assembly drawings, as well as manufacturing and quality procedures.
- Basic computer skills required, including the ability to effectively use the Company's computer system for stores-related purposes.
