We have an opportunity at our Dandenong South office for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our Operations team.
Job Description
The Role:
Provide a focal point for all incoming enquiries from Fantech's branches/distributors.
Collect and interpret incoming purchase orders and enter into the internal system
Monitor the order tracking system to ensure jobs are on track
Advise Sales teams of any delays or issues affecting sales orders or transfers as advised by Operations
Liaise with Sales Engineers/customers to resolve questions, inconsistencies, or missing data on customer purchase orders
Enter interstate orders and acknowledge upon completion, after checking with production scheduling
Conduct order follow-ups and provide feedback in response to customer and sales engineer enquiries
Make necessary corrections to information entered and record all changes

Who are you?
We are looking for someone that possesses the ability to pick up product knowledge quickly and who may have previous experience in customer service in a manufacturing environment.
Not afraid to use your initiative, you will be a proactive team player with a high attention to detail and time management skills.
