We have an opportunity at our Dandenong South office for a proactive Receptionist & Sales Support Administrator to join our sales team.

Job Description

The Role:

  • Prompt and accurate entry of sales orders into our computer system, wherever required.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives and engineers to secure special product pricing and maintain optimal lead times.
  • Serve as the face of Fantech, managing reception duties including call handling, customer assistance, and overall desk management where required.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • To be the focal point for the Victorian & NSW sales team in handling delivery and stock enquiries.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and Production/Despatch departments to ensure seamless fulfillment of customer requirements.
  • Assist in monthly follow-ups and maintenance of outstanding open orders, working closely with sales representatives and engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining customer / market intelligence and generating required reports.

  • Strong interpersonal skills conducive to effective communication and collaboration.
  • Previous experience in reception and/or sales support roles is advantageous.
  • Analytical acumen with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
  • Exemplary customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional time management skills coupled with the ability to think on one's feet and adapt dynamically to evolving situations.
