Job Description

About the Role

Reporting to the National Commercial Manager, you’ll take ownership of driving growth and development across key product categories including residential and apartment ventilation products, acoustic solutions, commercial HVAC products and emerging technologies.

You’ll act as the link between suppliers, sales, engineering, marketing, operations and leadership — ensuring the right products are brought to market, launched successfully, and supported for long-term commercial success.

What You’ll Be Doing: 

Product Growth & Strategy

  • Identify and evaluate new product and supplier opportunities
  • Develop business cases, forecasts and go-to-market plans
  • Lead new product introductions from concept to launch
  • Manage product performance and lifecycle, including rationalisation

Market & Commercial Impact

  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity and sales performance
  • Support forecasting, pricing and inventory planning
  • Contribute to financial performance across your product categories

Training & Market Development

  • Deliver product and application training to teams and channel partners
  • Develop sales tools and technical resources
  • Promote products to architects, consultants, builders and industry stakeholders

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Purchasing and Operations
  • Manage supplier relationships and product evaluation processes

Desired Skills and Experience

What You Bring

  • Engineering or Marketing qualification or strong technical product experience
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link product decisions to financial outcomes
  • Experience in product management, technical sales, or HVAC/building services markets (highly regarded)
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence across teams
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative environment
