We are looking for State Manager to join our team in Huntingwood to lead our drive for growth in the NSW market. You will enjoy working with a supportive and highly committed team and be part of a business that has people at the forefront of its’ culture.
To be successful you will need:
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant qualifications and experience, preferably in the HVAC industry
- Experience in managing staff and leading a sales team
- To be highly motivated, hands on and committed to achieving sales growth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organisation and with customers
- Excellent computer skills
