NCS Acoustics Ltd has a longstanding reputation as a supplier of quality acoustic products for HVAC and industrial noise control to both the domestic and commercial markets. We are looking for an energetic team player to join our growing business based in Takanini, Auckland.
Job Description
About the role
Permanent, Full time, 40 hours per week
Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm
Hourly rate of $30 - $35 (depending on experience)
Reporting to the Production Manager, duties involved in this role will include (but are not limited to);
The operation of engineering/sheet-metal equipment
Working with sheet metal, steel, aluminium, and Stainless Steel
Welding and steel frame manufacturing
Assembly of products and components
Installation of acoustic equipment and associated components on site
Desired Skills and Experience
About you
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar fabricating/welding role
Site experience would be advantageous
Adhere to all safe work methods and manuals
Be an enthusiastic team player with a keen eye for detail
Maintain a positive attitude and proactive approach to work
