Idealair Group is a specialist distributor in Australia of a wide & diverse range of air movement products, we provide expert technical advice that comes with extensive industry experiencethe group is committed to excellent customer service, with support throughout the entire process, from in-branch guidance to reliable & on-time delivery.

Currently, there is an opportunity at our Acacia Ridge office for a proactive Internal Sales & Administration Officer to join the Idealair Group sales team. 

We are looking for a passionate person with an excellent work ethic to contribute to our great team culturethe role is 30 hours per week, permanent part time or full-time hours also available for the right candidate.

Job Description

The Role:  

  • Provide excellent customer service via our trade counter
  • Manage inbound enquiries via phone & email
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients & suppliers
  • Process sales orders, purchase orders & invoices, ensuring accuracy
  • Providing accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner
  • Maintain records for customer pricing
  • Follow up back orders and overdue purchase orders
  • Other general administrative duties as required

Who are you?

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Proven experience in sales administration and or internal sales
  • Strong communication skills, written & verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Adaptability & willingness to learn
  • A high level of attention to detail & ability to work under pressure
  • Strong organisational & time management skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
